De Alliantie Verduurzaming Voedsel zet in op “de bodem omhoog”; dat wil zeggen dat al het voedsel dat via supermarkten, restaurants en cateraars aan consumenten wordt aangeboden, op steeds duurzamere wijze wordt geteeld, verwerkt en gedistribueerd.
